Blog Entry: I sit in the dark Crying my heart out I just want the voice to go away It just keeps saying Your worthless Your stupid No one cares You’ll be nothing Just end it all Make it easier on yourself Kill yourself Do it now… It goes on and on For hours upon hours It just wont stop I take a knife And press it against my wrist I hold it there Thinking a million to one The voices keep getting louder and louder Faster and faster All I want them is to go away I stop for a brief moment And hear a small voice A voice that sounds like rushing water In the distance I focus on that voice I close my eyes And see a hand reaching out to me And the voice saying Come to me Come to me That’s all it was saying Come to me I only had two options Life or Death It was in my hands now Take my life Or live I reached out to the hand The closer I came to it The more I drew to the voice The less the had heard the other voice I reached out and grabbed the hand As soon as I did that It all went away Everything was peaceful Everything was better No more voiced trying to make me kill myself Just love That’s all I felt Was love Love like never before Love that I knew it could only be from one person I give my life to him I give it all to him He saved me And he is my Lord He is my King of Kings He is my father I love him with all my heart and soul Come to him and He will do the same for you He will carry you through the storm He will take your problems and carry them for you Just give it all to him Do not hold back And He will exalt you
