The Ultimate Sacrifice
God gave His Son to express the ultimate words of love, written in blood at the cross
I can only write words in type or ink and can only reflect my temporal thought
Our Lord gave His all that day with no mentation of himself at such a great loss
His body unrecognizable from the beatings and scourging He endured with much wrought
He gave His life as an offering of forgiving hope to lost people everywhere
He did this out of great love and compassion for the very ones He created
He bore our sins and conquered death, hell and the grave so that we could live without despair
Yet most of those who first welcomed Him and received His message later rejected it and hated
He left His throne in heaven, seated at the right hand of the Father to save all sinners
Accept this free gift of salvation by faith and He will reside with you for all eternity
Without Him we perish and suffer greatly in this life and the next but with Him we are all winners!
The gospel message is very clear and so easy to grasp a child can understand not cloaked in ambiguity
All prophecies were fulfilled from many hundreds of years before the events even happened
and many more were told about His coming back for His sheep very soon to take us home in glory
Inspired by the Holy Spirit many wrote these words and died as martyrs not left abandoned
They are now with the Lord in splendor as the 24 that spoke the truth by parable and story
Yes the Lord did indeed die but three days later he rose from the grave and ministered to his beloved
He is acquainted with our grief and sorrow since he walked among us fully God and fully man
We have hope and a future, a wonderful exclusive plan for each of us, everyday is numbered
This all happened according to Gods love for his creations, all part of His master plan
