Just because I love you! First, eliminate all carbonated drinks from your diet. Replace Water as your main fluid intake. Secondly, eliminate all white (enriched) flours from your diet. Replace with Whole wheat, grains and high fiber alternatives. Thirdly, Eat your fruits/veggies as closely to how God created them, avoid canned when possible. (Frozen is better than canned). Learn about High Fructose Corn Syrup and do not consume any foods with it in there if they have more than 10 grams of sugar per serving. *you may have to toss most of your pantry goods*. Learn about Trans Fats and eliminate that from your diet. Consume NOTHING that has been fried, breaded or "processed". See food as a fuel for your body, not as a reward or comforter. Reduce redmeats to no more than twice a week. Do something kind for someone else... lifting their spirits will in turn lift YOURS. Lastly, enjoy life... take time to smile and see God's blessings every day...

Ha, Ha! I eat Sarah Lee Heart Healthy bagels for breakfast with Orange Juice, Skim Milk and Smucker's Natural Peanut butter with honey. At 10 Am I will have a Well's Blue Bunny lite 85 yogurt with some fresh grapes. Lunch is usually a whole grain rice or whole wheat pasta with a protein source (Boca, Tuna, Chicken) and Ragu Organic tomato sauce. 3pm I will have a Granny Smith Apple with maybe some nuts/raisins and a glass of skim milk. 6pm is supper... Usually a good protein, fresh veggies, fresh fruits, more milk. Of course all day I tend to drink TONS of water... try to keep a water bottle with me at all times. When eating out, I order grilled chicken with NO sauce or cheese... I usually do not get a bun... or just eat the bottom one if it "appears" to be whole wheat. At McDonald's I get the Classic Grilled chicken sand. without mayo add mustard, a fruit parfait and a dasani water. At resturaunts I get the Garden Salad without crouton's, cheese, dressing or eggs, or bacon. (ONLY garden items, that is why they are called GARDEN salads, right?) I sometimes spritz my lettuce with apple cider vinegar NO OIL, or a bit of lemon... but I like it lightly salted with Sea Salt. I can tell you more if you are truly interested.
