Do you think women should hold leadership positions in church such as worship leader, youth leader etc?

I personally don't believe that women should be in authority over men. The way I understand that, it means primarily teaching/preaching. I don't think it means song leader or something like that. This is what my church practices. Now, I am aware that men have become more reluctant to step to the plate so what do we do? Pray, pray, pray, for the leading of the spirit. We can't go wrong with that. Just make sure that the spirit of God is what's leading and not our own desires. Hope this helps. I'm kinda confused now but anyway! LOLOLOL! Agape, Annie

I believe that God is raising a remnant of soldiers for this last dispensation and that includes mighty women of God being put or part of leadership positions. When God is the center of a women’s life she can lead in any position, as well as, submitting to her husband (if she’s married). Like Judy Jacobs says: “When we are mighty in spirit our anointing is balanced, balanced with godly wisdom and integrity” (on my page look at the fourth video, going down, on your left.). We must look at the powerful women of the bible as examples. If we read closely there were women who had leadership positions. For example: Judges 4 talks about Deborah; Deborah was a Judge and all the children of Israel went to her for Judgment. She prophesied to a man instructions from God on how to win a battle. He told her, he will not go if she does not go. She then told him because of his choice he will not get the glory but God will sell Sisera into the hand of a woman. And, she was not talking about herself. If God did not want this he would have never allowed women to do anything. Right now we have women in leadership positions, such as: Juanita Bynum, Joyce Meyers, Judy Jacobs (Worship Leader), and many more. Across the US There are women and teenage girls (18 and up) that are youth pastors and doing a very good job at training the youth to be soldier of God, as well as, prophesying to the nations. “We can do all things through Christ who strengthens us” this includes women. The bible says:

Acts 2:17-21 (New King James Version)
17 ‘ And it shall come to pass in the last days, says God,
That I will pour out of My Spirit on all flesh; Your sons and your daughters shall prophesy,
Your young men shall see visions,
Your old men shall dream dreams.
18 And on My menservants and on My maidservants
I will pour out My Spirit in those days;
And they shall prophesy.
19 I will show wonders in heaven above
And signs in the earth beneath:
Blood and fire and vapor of smoke.
20 The sun shall be turned into darkness,
And the moon into blood,
Before the coming of the great and awesome day of the LORD.
21 And it shall come to pass
That whoever calls on the name of the LORD
Shall be saved.’

See, God doesn't just say men he says sons and daughters. If you let God use you he's going to use you. I love listening to Joyce Meyers as much ad John Haggee or Joel Osteen.

While I agree that women should not be head over men in leadership of the church, alot of churches today rely on women to take on leadership roles. We are sometimes the backbone of a church giving it the support it needs. Remember in Christ there is no male or female only people united under Christ.

HI, AGREE THAT WOMEN CAN BE IN LEADERSHIP, GOD MADE US ALL FOR A PURPOSE AND I BELIEVE THAT WOMEN ARE MADE IN GODS IMAGE AND THAT WE SHOW ANOTHER SIDE OF HIS IMAGE. WE SHOW MORE OF THE NURTING AND COMPASSIONATE SIDE OF GOD, NOT SAYING THAT MEN DON'T HAVE THESE QUALITIES, BUT WOMEN TEND TO BE MORE MOTHERING BECAUSE THAT IS HOW GOD MADE US TO BE ABLE TO TAKE CARE OF OUR CHILDREN. WE ALSO KNOW HOW TO RUN A HOUSE AND MULTI-TASK AND I BELIVE THAT IS FROM GOD. THERE ARE MANY WOMEN IN LEADERSHIP THAT I LOOK UP TO, SOME ARE WELL-KNOWN AND SOME ARE FAMILY & FRIENDS. I BELIEVE THAT GOD HAS A PURPOSE FOR YOU AND WHETHER IT'S IN LEADERSHIP OR NOT IS UP TO HIM, HE IS NOT WORRIED ABOUT ALL THE RELIGIOUS STUFF THAT PEOPLE TRY TO PUT ON YOU. IF YOU FEEL LEAD BY GOD FOR LEADERSHIP THEN I SAY DO IT, WE NEED TO FEEL FREE TO BE WHAT GOD CALLED US TO BE AND NOT BE WORRIED ABOUT BEING PUT IN A BOX, THE BIBLE SAYS THAT HE CAME TO SET US FREE, AND IN HIM WE HAVE LIBERTY, THANK JESUS.
