Welcome to 'MyTearsAreReal'. This is a friendly and supportive mental health support group, a safe place for us to talk and support each other, and discuss issues such as borderline personality disorder (BPD), depression, manic depression, self-harm, self-injury, eating disorders, and whatever other mental health issues you would like to discuss here.
Please would you put a trigger warning up on any messages that you think might trigger the other members of group, and respect each other.
