I use to think this way too. I was so worried about missing the purpose, I probably did miss it because I was so worried about missing it. The thing is Gods mercy is new every day. I have just learned to take one day at a time and let Him have the day as soon as I wake up.Seek His Kingdom first,do my best to glorify Him in all that I do and love others. Jesus is the good shepard and remember He will leave the 99 to go get the one and bring them back. God knows how to get us where He wants us and even if we think its too late Gods timing is perfect. Just emerse yourself in His word and in prayer and in seeking His face and He will lead you. God loves us more than our human minds can understand, just seek Him and give Him all of you. All we have is one day at a time one moment at a time, dont worry about tommorow for today has enough to handle and His grace is sufficiant for today. Gods word says seek ye first the Kingdom of God and all else will follow. And He says do not worry about what you will wear, what you will eat, or where you will live, if you put Him above all else He will provide. Just start praising and thanking Him for everything and seeking Him. Blessings to you in the name of Jesus, Love in Christ
