I'm wide awake this morning and I am getting it together. I want to thank God for such mornings when I can slow down a bit before I rush off to my busy day.

Lately I have been thinking about my spiritual life and what it means to have life in the Spirit.
I am trying to bring more peace and contentment into my life but sometimes it's hard and things get choatic. Those are the times when I really need to connect with my creator.
