When I think of the music everyone listens to I don't see the point. For about 3 weeks now I have been grounding myself from non-christian music. I love it. I've had no want to listen to that other music AT ALL! I know how all of you love your music but it's time for a change. Music with curse words and stuff = disaster. I never thought lisening to bad words would make me say them...I was wrong! I realized that even if I had Christ I couldn't balance him with those thoughts and images. I had to change and I did.

When I started SPAM I did really bad. But, I got better and I suggest you try it. Just only listen to Christian Artists. (that includes Relient K becasue they're all Christian) You can do it! I believe in you and so does God!

God bless you. I love the faith and strength the Lord has given you. But know that there is good music that is not considered Christian. any song you can sing to God or can imagine Him singing to you is good. Any song about love. God is love and anything that is about love is good. Keep focused on the positive and let go of the negative.

Good job!!! I am sooo proud of you for taking this stand! The Bible says, Philippians 4:8 "Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable•if anything is excellent or praiseworthy•think about such things." How can we be thinking only of lovely, pure, noble, etc, things when we fill our minds with the smut that is on TV and radio today???? Be strong and of a good courage....!
