ok i told my bff and she didnt believe me ! when she asked her bf he denied it. they both hate me now and think that i tried to hurt them. so wat shuld i do now?

this boy i was talking about for the last day goes to my school and has a gf. he likes me too but more then his gurl frend. he told that he likes me and keeps looking at me all the time. his gurl frend is starting to get the hint. i want to tell her what he told me but i dont want her to think that i am trying to hurt her. i want to be with him but he has a gf so wat shuld i do????????????? 
ok this guy is going out with my best friend but he doesnt like her as mucha s he likes me so he is using my frend to get to me. i like this other boy and he likes me so wat should i do!????
